At EVB we raise and sell premium grassfed beef, registered South Poll cattle, and commercial grass cattle.  In addition we offer bred heifers, grassfed stocker cattle, and breeding bulls.

Our cattle are expected to perform on fescue pasture with minimal hay, and our mineral program consists of Redmond Salt.  Because our labor force is very small, we need cattle that require very little attention.

In 2017 our conception rate on heifers was 97% in a 63 day season. We are excited about our South Poll cattle and the positive traits they offer for our environment, such as heat tolerance, fescue tolerance, and functional efficiency.
