PREMIUM GRASS-FINISHED BEEF



Our Premium Grass-Finished Beef is finished on pasture alone without corn or other grains. Ellett Valley Beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days, then cut and processed by an expert butcher in a USDA inspected facility. Each package is vacuum-wrapped and has a shelf-life of 500 days in your freezer.

Ellett Valley Beef is sold by the packaged weight--not live weight or hanging weight--so you only pay for what you get. In June or July we will have individual cuts for sale (as well as our regular packages) at our facility located in the Quality Floors building on N. Franklin St. in Christiansburg. Hours will be announced later.
